Leadership Planning Retreat

The annual Leadership Planning Retreat provides the Chamber’s Board of Directors and the organization’s key partners an opportunity to revisit the Chamber’s strategic priorities in the context of real-time regional, national, and global dynamics, and discuss our work and impacts. From time to time the Chamber will invite a guest speaker(s) to participate. The primary purpose of the retreat is to inform the organization’s current economic development strategic plan and work, and investment of financial resources.
