In 2022, your Chamber planned and executed a targeted digital communications campaign designed to inform individuals from around the country with specific skillsets about Greater Waco and opportunities available to them if they chose to make Waco their home. This national-in-scope campaign was designed to recruit talented individuals to the community to help meet the needs of local employers. The campaign utilized a multichannel approach, including email, social media, audio streaming and paid search ads to target engineers, industrial technicians and allied health professionals to make the move to Waco. In 2023, the campaign is currently scheduled to follow a similar plan at a similar investment level. In 2024, the campaign will evolve to include more broad messaging to support the talent needs in Greater Waco as a whole.
