Waco Young Professionals

The Waco Young Professionals (Waco YPs) serve ambitious professionals between the ages of 21-40 searching for a network and an avenue into the inner workings of the Greater Waco area. As an organization they aim to establish a group that facilitates the transition, development, and advancement of the Young Professionals in the Greater Waco area. The Waco YP mission is to diligently foster and prepare an exceptional pool of confident, competent, and well-rounded Young Professionals who feel compelled to engage within their community, and create a valuable, business network. The Waco YPs have over 140 members from 13 industries, representing 76 companies. There are over 30 events each year. They provide monthly luncheons, industry tours, community outreach and networking opportunities as well as membership recruitment mixers to expand the reach of the organization. The Waco YPs have a volunteer leadership team of individuals from the community that assist with event planning and strategic development. Their social media following is vast with over 1,250 followers on Instagram and 2,800 followers on Facebook.
