Member Celebration & Legacy Award Presentation

The Member Celebration is the Greater Waco Chamber’s annual meeting and report to our investors, partners, and community. The Member Celebration, held at the Waco Convention Center, is a prestigious event that honors the incoming and outgoing Board Chairs, as well as an overview of the Greater Waco Chamber’s accomplishments. We celebrate the Waco Chamber membership, event sponsors, investors, and volunteers. Attendees enjoy live music, a cocktail reception, and a seated meal. The Thomas G. Salome, Jr. Legacy Award is presented during the evening program to an individual or individuals for their work to strengthen and grow the Waco economy and make the community a better place to live. Legacy Award recipients include 2024 – Judge Scott Felton, Madison A. Cooper Jr. and William Cameron, 2023 - Louie Englander and Bernard “B” Rapoport 2022 - William David Lacy, Malcom Duncan, and Mary Ruth Duncan, 2021 – William Clifton, Jr. and Harlon Fentress and Harry Provence, 2020- Jim Hawkins and J.H. “Jack” Kultgen, 2019- Virginia DuPuy, and 2018- Tom Salome. Sponsors enjoy optimal visibility to a distinguished Greater Waco Chamber audience!
